Before they play the Gramercy Theatre on September 18th, Street Dogs will be playing an acoustic in-store at Generation Records. The free, all-ages show starts at 2 pm. Entry will be first-come, first-serve so come out early and buy some records.

Walter Schreifels (just in case you’ve live under a rock for the last 25 years) has been a member of revered bands like Gorilla Biscuits, Quicksand, Youth of Today and, most recently, the reunited Rival Schools. He released his debut solo record An Open Letter To The Scene this summer via Academy Fight Song. He’ll be playing cuts off that, along with a few covers and surprises.

So mark your calenders for 9/29 and we’ll see you there.

In the wake of his widely-acclaimed book, Misery Obscura, five iconic photographs from Eerie Von’s collection are now available exclusively in our online store. Says Von, “After many years, and thousands of requests, I’m extremely pleased to offer a set of very fine prints of some of the iconic photos featured in my book.”

Each image is available in a strictly limited, numbered and signed series of 10 silver gelatin prints in both the 8″ x 10″ and 11″ x 14″ formats and were individually printed by hand directly from the original negatives onto fine, fiber-based paper – as approved by Von himself.

These fine-art prints will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis so be one of the few with a piece of punk and hard rock history with these limited-edition prints.
